All employees have signed the Code and new hires do that in the onboarding process. And suppliers need to sign the Code for suppliers. Due to our consultant business we don't use child labor. Freedom of expression: BTS distributes a yearly business practice survey to all employees where they give feedback to local, regional and group management on organization and culture including DEI, freedom of speech and any question. BTS has since the start in -86 and the process of developing people in an equal environment. The organization is strongly decentralized to make each office management100% engaged in what happens there. The the HR team supports the offices to ensure alignment and consistency, and expertise in managing the people. The Board sets yearly new goals and reflects on challenges in the organization based on the feedback from the organization.

We use the yearly Business Practice Survey to capture feedback from the organization and have done that since early 90s. Including freedom of speech, non discrimination and safety and health. And it works very well! And child labor, forced labor are not applicable for our business.
