A group wide Human Rights Officer has been appointed by the Executive Board to act as a control funtion on human rights and labor issues. A Human Rights Training was rolled out in order to sensitize employees with regard to critical situations in their day-to-day business. Additionally, risk analyses were conducted as well as social audits at selected suppliers. In total, we pursue a zero-tolerance for human rights violations and raise awareness across the board trough effective human rights management.

A group wide Human Rights Officer has been appointed by the Executive Board to act as a control funtion on human rights and labor issues. A Human Rights Training was rolled out in order to sensitize employees with regard to critical situations in their day-to-day business. Additionally, risk analyses were conducted as well as social audits at selected suppliers. In total, we pursue a zero-tolerance for human rights violations and raise awareness across the board trough effective human rights management.
