The whistleblower hotline is available for both members of LB Forsikrings workforce as well as for external stakeholders. We have a total of 9 board members, out of which 6 are independent and the rest are employee-elected board members that work at the company. Digital security/privacy is covered in large part by GDPR rules and therefore mandated by law. In addition to the law requirements, we have a three-lines-of-defence system in place at LB forsikring. In 2022 we also worked with Dataetisk Kompas to assess digital security risks. We also have law requirements for gender equality in Denmark and in the EU. We work with Develop Diverse when a hiring process begins to ensure that the language used in job postings is inclusive. We set goals for diversity in management, upper management, and for all employees. We have employee representatives in our “Arbejdsmiljøudvalg” (work environment committee), and in our “Samarbejdsudvalg” (Cooperation committee) that stakeholders can engage with.

Freedom of association is embedded into Danish law and additionally our Code of Conduct. As many of our suppliers are Danish, they will also have the same setup. We conduct a mandatory "arbejdspladsvurdering" according to government standards at least every third year. Forced labour and child labour is illegal in Denmark. Means against forced labour and child labour is embedded into our governance structure and code of conduct. We have a whistleblower hotline, Samarbejdsudvalg (cooperation commitee), arbejdsmiljøudvalg (work environment comittee), all om which are means to make sure that we prevent risks from labour rights related risks.
