We reviewed all relevant policies and refreshed them with external support in 2022. In consultation with the members of our "Shadow Board" made up of employees below director level from across the business, we conducted an external salary benchmark to ensure that our employees were being compensated fairly. Healthcare benefits were extended to all employees, regardless of whether they are full- or part-time workers. We significantly enhanced our parental leave entitlement.

At the beginning of 2023, we offset our 2022 carbon emissions by investing in a wind power project in India, where we have a large presence. In the UK, we launched cycle to work and electric vehicle leasing programs. We regularly refined our hybrid working policy in pursuit of the right balance between connectedness and environmental sensitivity. We began monitoring the impact of our office commutes and business travel. We also revised our approach to purchasing, to minimize the use of single-use plastics in our offices and to ensure that any corporate giveaways were sustainably produced.
