In order to properly manage human rights risks, we worked with external experts to identify human rights issues subject to human rights risks, conducted risk assessments of human rights issues, and determined which human rights issues should be addressed as a priority. In addition, human rights issues are combined with existing business processes to address human rights risks.

We have set a goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 30% or more from the FY 2018 level by FY 2030, and launched a company-wide project in FY 2021 to achieve the above goal. Under this project, the company is promoting energy conservation activities, installing solar power generation equipment at its plants, and procuring renewable energy from the market. Our group has also established an energy management system to promote energy conservation activities and the introduction of renewable energy.
