We are committed to strengthening the rights of all employees at our Windhagen, Neustadt/Wied and Nowogrodziec sites and also to complying with national labor standards. In order to promote fair working conditions, we have set up binding internal and external codes of conduct together with the management and put them down in our employee handbook. Our colleagues are trained accordingly and made aware of their obligation to comply. Our employees hired from temporary work agencies are also protected by these rights and regulations.

Internal compliance audits have been conducted annually since 2013, most recently in autumn 2022, auditing the technical, energy and environmental aspects of operational activities in accordance with the relevant requirements of environmental and energy laws, official regulations and requirements of the certification standards.
