The ESG governance of the company involves several key entities and processes. At the General Shareholders' Meeting, approval is sought for non-financial information reporting and the remuneration and appointment of directors based on ESG/diversity objectives. The Board of Directors provides oversight on ESG topics and strategy with the support of board committees and approves the annual report that includes non-financial information, ESG key data, and stakeholders' engagement. The Executive Committee approves and monitors the progress of the company's ESG strategy and ESG matters of interest for key stakeholders, sets and supervises engagement with stakeholders, and approves corporate policies and internal rules related to ESG.
