As disclosed in SR, In 2022, Bank Jago made efforts and measures to prevent or restore environmental damage as reflected in the costs incurred for the environmentally friendly office operation. An environmentally-friendly perspective in the management of various activities in Bank Jago’s internal environment is evident in the following forms: • Selecting Menara BTPN in Jakarta as the head office and receiving a Gold Standard Certificate for Green Building. • Organizing, public exposure, and analyst meetings online. This practice directly saves energy and reduces the mobilization of people to the Bank's head office. • Efficient use of physical forms for account opening and transactions. Since obtaining the Digital Banking Service license, Bank Jago offers digital banking financial services to offer convenience and ease of transaction without compromising security, Bank Jago no longer uses physical paper forms for transactions. The digital service drastically reduces customer mobilization to branch offices and at the same time creating a minimal environmental footprint by reducing or completely eliminating the mileage to the bank, thereby reducing fuel use, for both private and public transportation. • As a technology-based bank, Bank Jago minimizes transactions at the office. Optimal efficiency is achieved in the aspect of paper usage as customers can access all services via an application on their mobile phones. • Carbon footprint of operational activities is also minimized, as staff are not required to commute directly to the office every day. • Using reverse osmosis drinking water, which encourages water recycling.

As disclosed in SR, Bank Jago maintains zero tolerance for fraud and corruption across its business practices and activities. This is ensured continuously through an effective control system. As one of the initiatives to prevent fraudulent and corrupt practices in all of its business activities, Bank Jago maintains an Anti-Fraud Strategy Policy that is applied in a disciplined and strict manner, and is binding for all employees at all levels of the organization. This policy was first established in 2017, and was last updated by the Compliance Division in September 2020, and subsequently ratified by the BOD. The Anti-Fraud Strategy Policy at Bank Jago is carried out across three main mechanisms, namely risk management, anti-fraud strategy, and whistleblowing system. Bank Jago ensures that this policy is disseminated to all stakeholders, both internal (employees and shareholders) and externally on a regular basis, to ensure that business practices at Bank Jago are carried out in accordance with the prevailing regulations and are free from any fraudulent or corrupt activities.
