LISI's CSR strategy contributes to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). LISI supports the ambitions of this program and has thus identified in 2019, among the 17 SDGs, those to which the Group contributes Group contributes to through its CSR actions and its business The 3 Ps (people-planet-profit) of its CSR strategy thus contribute to the SDGs represented in the URD. The LISI Group is committed to a convergent risk management risk management process. It manages its risk mapping based on the COSO framework and in compliance with the provisions of articles L-225.37 & L-225-68 of the French Commercial Code of the French Commercial Code on financial security, as well as the recommendations of the AMF. In addition, Health & Safety and Environmental operational risks are assessment through the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications process. In addition, an additional extra financial risk and opportunities assessment is also made at the group level following the principle of the ISO 26000. All the details are explained in the chapters 4 & 5 of the URD. It covers the LISI operations and the whole supply chain.

The process is totally anonymous and confidential : the Compliance Committee is the only one to have enough information to conduct an investigation. The Code of Conduct has been built respecting the local regulation and is aligned with labour standards. It's available on the LISI website (public). The CEO of LISI has approved the Code of Conduct. It applies to LISI operations and to its stakeholders, in particular the suppliers (link with the supplier chart + included in contract templates). It has been shared with the employees representatives in order to include in the "réglement intérieur" of the sites in 2023. The HSE policy has been built respecting the local regulation and is aligned with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. It's available on the LISI website (public). The Executive Committee of LISI has signed it. For details please refer to URD chapter 4 §2.2 For example : LISI has built a customized program: LISI Excellence HSE, which is the core of its occupational health and safety management The aim of this ambitious program is to engage each employee around a common objective: the prevention of health and safety at work, but also the preservation of the environment. It provides everyone with easy-to-use tools to achieve HSE objectives. It is based on 12 areas of continuous improvement. The use of certain tools is mandatory, such as example: ▪ LISI RM, a software tool that aims to identify, assess and control HSE risks, ▪ The Golden Rules, HSE rules common to all LISI sites, ▪ The Safety Culture Program (SCP), a training program designed to develop a safety culture for all of the Group's employees, ▪ The 8D Cause Analysis, a tool for analyzing the root causes of accidents, incidents. - Climate Change : The LISI Group has committed to a climate trajectory to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030 through emissions (scopes 1 + 2 + 3) by 2030 compared to 2019. This trajectory has been constructed in a manner consistent with the WB2C (Well Below 2 Degree scenario) of the SBTI tool version 1.2.1, even though validation by SBTi was not requested. Methodology changes were made by SBTI in 2022. Thus, in 2023, LISI plans to rework its trajectory by taking them into account. The decarbonization action plan is on going - Water : Within the LISI Group, 11 sites are located in water stress areas. These sites must have implemented a plan to control their water consumption by the end of 2023. This means that actions aimed at to secure water resources are clearly defined, as well as the identification of the necessary resources and a implementation schedule. In addition, the water consumption has decreased by 25% in 2022 vs 2019. - Energy : Starting in 2023, the group will track energy savings from energy efficiency projects.The objective is : energy saving projects should help saving at least 1% on the previous year energy consumption every year on each site. The objective is also to implement renewable energy production units on site in order to self consume. All the objectives and action plans are publicly available in the URD chapter 4 §3.
