CSR, governance was redesigned in 2020 and approved in 2021 so that the management of these activities is best adapted to the reality on the ground. Thus, the “PROVEPHARM Positive Impact”comprehensive approach to sustainable development was organized according to 2 complementary approaches: • The integrated CSR approach inherent to the Company’s activities: each company business activity integrates an in-depth reflection on its scope, in order to limit its social and/or environmental impact. In order to manage this continuous improvement approach and to report on the progress measured, a dedicated team has been appointed and a steering committee composed of representatives from each core business activity has been set up. • The philanthropic missions carried out by the Endowment Fund « Provepharm Life Solutions »: created at the end of 2020, it aims to carry out or support projects with a strong societal impact, particularly of a social, educational, cultural and environmental nature, in order to contribute to the company’s local ecosystem. The Endowment Fund is composed of a Board of Directors ad hoc and an Operational Committee constituted of company collaborators.

REDUCE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ALL ALONG OUR PRODUCTS’ LIFE-CYCLE Review the entire life-cycle of each of our products and improve their environmental impact from the design stage is a very demanding project, both financially and in terms of human resources. In order to carry out this project, in a sincere and efficient way, we intend to proceed gradually. For Horizon 2025, we plan: • To affix clear sorting information on our packaging for pharmacies, starting in 2022; • To generalize packaging eco-design by including it in our internal processes and procedures in 2023; • To establish a plan to improve the recyclability of all our existing packaging by 2024; • To work with approved organizations such as Adelphes and Leem to manage and improve our products’ end-of-life. OPTER POUR LE FRET RESPONSABLE Whether for supply or delivery, choosing quality and ethical logistics contributes to a responsible value chain. This is why Provepharm is committed to grouping its orders and invites its clients to generalize this practice that reduces global warming impacts. Moreover, logistics in France and the US is operated by players recognized for their commitment to CSR, sometimes even evaluated (ISO 14001 certif ication, Ecovadis). REDUCE THE IMPACT OF OUR OFFICE ACTIVITIES a. Optimize transportation The environmental impacts related to transportation have been targeted with several significant actions: • The fleet of service vehicles: 43% are hybrid vehicles. 14 electric charging stations were installed and 1 electric car was made available to collaborators since 2019 at the Marseille site. • Raising awareness about carsharing and sustainable transport: nearly 25% of collaborators use public transportation for their home-to-company journeys, • Installation of videoconferencing equipment in France and the United States to reduce air travel, • Participation in the transportation plan organized by the Château- Gombert Technology Park association. On the agenda: micromobility, carsharing, pooling of resources, • Increase in the number of remote working days: thus reducing the number of commutes for collaborators. b. Monitor our energy consumption We monitor our water and electricity consumption every year, but have not yet set any savings target. c. Manage and reduce our waste At the end of 2020, Provepharm partnered with the company «Lemontri» which offers innovative, incentive and fair solutions to recycle waste and improve sorting performance. Our waste collection is monitored and the quality of our sorting is evaluated every month. This new process indirectly enables us to: • Reduce the consumption of water used to process the waste; • Save energy; • Reduce our CO2 emissions; • Reduce material extraction; • Generate integration work hours. a. Encourage responsible behavior Following the launch and success of #plsreduitsesdechets (#plsreducesitswaste) in 2018, the event has become a biannual event, with most collaborators mobilized in favor of environmental preservation. During these weeks, each collaborator is invited to carry out ecological challenges or workshops: • Ecological cosmetics (home-made and natural) • Upcycling (giving old clothes a second life) • Energy conservation awareness • Biodiversity In order to keep this positive dynamic going, “Green Weeks” are essential for raising awareness of the environmental footprint, with actions carried out throughout the year. This program was also extended to the US for the third consecutive year. Teams across the Atlantic were put to work to also participate with workshops on circular economy, sustainable transportation, energy saving and even food waste. Finally, to encourage responsible behavior, each collaborator benefits from a “zero waste” arrival kit composed of eco-responsible items that give them the first tools to align with the company’s good practices. With these actions we were able to eliminate single-use plastic cups and bottles from our collaborators’ daily lives. Individual waste containers were also eliminated in favor of sorting containers.

The implementation of a complete Ethics System: Provepharm is legally required to comply with Article 8 of the Sapin 2 law, which requires the implementation of a reporting system. Provepharm is legally required to comply with Article 8 of the Sapin 2 law, which requires the implementation of a reporting system. For the sake of ethics and exemplarity, we have also opted to voluntarily comply with article 17 which provides for the establishment of: 1. A code of conduct 2. A risk map 3. An alert system 4. A procedure for assessing top-tier customers and suppliers 5. A training system (including all employees) 6. Accounting valuation procedures 7. A sanction regime 8. An internal control system To date, we have validated 5 steps out of the 8 planned in this project and continue in 2023 to build this ethical system that we want to be as fair and transparent as possible.
