Le code éthique 2022 réaffirme l’engagement du Directoire et de l’ensemble du Groupe à s’opposer à toute forme de corruption et de trafic d’influence. Il prend en compte l’évolution des réglementations nationales et, en particulier, la mise en œuvre de la loi française relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique (dite loi « Sapin II »). Il en rend plus opérationnels les principes et les normes. Il est accompagné par la mise en place, au niveau du Groupe, de formations à caractère obligatoire sur les Règles Éthiques Fondamentales, en particulier la lutte contre la corruption et le trafic d’influence, qui est un engagement essentiel du Directoire, pour lesquelles aucun manquement n’est toléré. Le Service Droit des Affaires, actualise quant à lui une cartographie des risques de corruption en tenant compte de la règlementation en vigueur et des recommandations de l’Agence Française Anticorruption (AFA). Cette ligne de conduite claire et sécurisante est adressée à tous les salariés GSF. Afin d’aller plus loin dans la prévention de la corruption, le Service Droit des Affaires a actualisé la procédure d’alerte et de recueil des signalements conformément à la Loi Waserman n° 2022-401 du 21 mars 2022 visant à améliorer la protection des lanceurs d’alerte. À ce jour, aucun incident n’a été rapporté au sein du Groupe. Par ailleurs, un nouveau module e-learning a été mis en place afin de sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux Règles Ethiques applicables à la lutte contre la corruption et le trafic d’influence au sein du Groupe. D’autres axes d’amélioration vont venir renforcer la politique de prévention de la corruption du Groupe afin de réaffirmer l’engagement du Directoire sur ce point. Depuis 2020, et dans le cadre de la cotation annuelle par Ecovadis, le Groupe GSF a augmenté la moyenne liée à sa Politique Ethique de 60% à 70%, alors même que la moyenne dans le secteur de la propreté est de 42%. Les axes d’amélioration ont notamment porté sur la mise en place d’une gouvernance globale liée à la prévention de la corruption. Par ailleurs, une nouvelle formation a été créée en 2022, afin de renforcer la sensibilisation des collaborateurs aux règles éthiques et aux risques liés à la corruption lors de la pratique de notre métier. Ce dispositif, plus efficient, a permis de s’affranchir des solutions externes, d’appliquer concrètement les procédures et de garantir dans toutes nos filiales des comportements et des pratiques professionnelles éthiques».
