Diversity & Inclusion. We have set an Employee Gender Diversity target of >30%. In 2022 we had 31% female workforce. In addition, we have set a Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander target of 3% of our workforce by 2023. In 2022 we had 1.2% ATSI workforce. Challenges: Our permanent workforce is small and we rely extensively on contracted services to assist in meeting our diversity and inclusion target. The pool of ATSI people with skills, experience and a desire to work in the mining and exploration industry is equally small and in high demand across our industry. We look at the next generation and support them through education programs and scholarships to assist them on their pathway to employment.
