1. Environment, biodiversity and human health impacts managment; 2. Human resources valorization. In our operations, we work to ensure that all human rights are safeguarded, having, for example, audits at the units and reporting channels. The company has a several actions regarding human rights, as such labor rights practiced on the company and required on the supply chain, incentive programs as such the Childhood Brasil’s Na Mão Certa (“On the Right Lane”) Program, which has as main objective to promote a broad union of efforts to end the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents on Brazilian highways, and donations programs to provide food and clothing to needy communities, among others programs that are part of our Bio Abundace® program.
