Si elencano le ulteriori azioni in materia. SISTEMA DI GESTONE SA8000 e DIVERSITY & INCLUSION Il modello SA8000 elenca i requisiti per un comportamento socialmente corretto delle Organizzazioni verso i lavoratori, in particolare per quanto riguarda: il lavoro minorile e infantile, il lavoro obbligato, le condizioni per la salute e la sicurezza, la libertà d’associazione, la discriminazione, le pratiche disciplinari, la retribuzione e l’orario di lavoro. L’azienda ha ritenuto corretto conformarsi a questi standard, non solo per testimoniare in modo concreto il dovere di rispettare i diritti umani dei lavoratori in ogni tipo di processo ed organizzazione, ma anche per farsene promotore con i propri partner. L’obiettivo ultimo di questo lavoro è infatti di stimolare un processo a catena di adeguamento agli standard da parte di partner, fornitori e sub fornitori, influenzandone il comportamento e accrescendone la qualità etico sociale. La società ha infatti stabilito, attraverso procedure, le modalità per la selezione e la qualifica di fornitori sulla base della loro capacità di rispettare i requisiti della norma SA8000. I La società garantisce che nessuno, in ambito lavorativo, possa subire ritorsioni, disagi e discriminazioni di qualunque tipo, per aver segnalato le violazioni del Codice Etico, ed a seguito della segnalazione le stesse faranno tempestivamente seguire opportune verifiche ed adeguate misure risolutive. La violazione dei principi fissati nel presente codice compromette il rapporto fiduciario tra la società ed i propri amministratori, dipendenti, collaboratori a vario titolo, fornitori e sarà perseguita dall’azienda con tempestività attraverso provvedimenti adeguati. RECRUITMENT L’attività di assunzione si ispira ai principi di meritocrazia, trasparenza e pari opportunità. Nella fase di selezione ed assunzione del personale viene data importanza al rispetto dei principi di trasparenza ed imparzialità. È stato inoltre approvato un documento assunzioni, allegato ad ogni contratto, volto alla diffusione del modello organizzativo 231 ed al rispetto dei sistemi di gestione aziendale, tra i quali Diversity & Inclusion ed il Sistema di gestione per la responsabilità sociale. SISTEMA DI RETRIBUZIONE E DI PREVIDENZA Le tipologie contrattuali sono: contratti a tempo indeterminato (full time o apprendistato) e determinato (part time e full time). La valutazione delle singole posizioni tiene conto dello standing professionale e delle performance espresse annualmente dalla risorsa, avvenendo attraverso una metodologia che consente di disporre di elementi oggettivi idonei a gestire le politiche retributive, le scelte organizzative ed i percorsi di carriera. Nel definire le politiche retributive si fa riferimento sia al mercato esterno che alla coerenza interna. I provvedimenti di adeguamento retributivo sono, invece, mirati a supportare le politiche interne di sviluppo ed a valorizzare il personale. I dipendenti sono coperti da accordi collettivi. Il contratto collettivo nazionale applicato, nella quasi totalità dei casi, è quello edile metalmeccanico. SISTEMA DI GESTONE SA8000 e DIVERSITY & INCLUSION Il modello SA8000 elenca i requisiti per un comportamento socialmente corretto delle Organizzazioni verso i lavoratori, in particolare per quanto riguarda: il lavoro minorile e infantile, il lavoro obbligato, le condizioni per la salute e la sicurezza, la libertà d’associazione, la discriminazione, le pratiche disciplinari, la retribuzione e l’orario di lavoro. L’azienda ha ritenuto corretto conformarsi a questi standard, non solo per testimoniare in modo concreto il dovere di rispettare i diritti umani dei lavoratori in ogni tipo di processo ed organizzazione, ma anche per farsene promotore con i propri partner. L’obiettivo ultimo di questo lavoro è infatti di stimolare un processo a catena di adeguamento agli standard da parte di partner, fornitori e sub fornitori, influenzandone il comportamento e accrescendone la qualità etico sociale. La società ha infatti stabilito, attraverso procedure, le modalità per la selezione e la qualifica di fornitori sulla base della loro capacità di rispettare i requisiti della norma SA8000. MODELLO DI ORGANIZZAZIONE, GESTIONE E CONTROLLO ex D. Lgs. 231 L’azienda, nel suo sostegno alla lotta alla corruzione ha adotta il Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo ex D. Lgs. 231/01 ed apposite Procedure di controllo relativi ai reati di corruzione, riciclaggio e auto riciclaggio. In caso di mancato rispetto delle misure di prevenzione ivi stabilite, opera il sistema sanzionatorio previsto dal Modello ex D. Lgs. 231/01. Il Codice Etico, disponibile sul sito web della società, contiene le indicazioni dei comportamenti ai quali tutti i dipendenti e i collaboratori sono chiamati ad attenersi. Ancora, in materia di anticorruzione, sempre in conseguenza dell’implementazione del Modello di organizzazione, gestione e controllo ex. D.lgs. 231/2001 si è attuata un importante opera di sensibilizzazione e formazione dei dipendenti. A ciò si aggiunga la diffusione di tali principi nei confronti degli stakeholders attuata attraverso comunicazioni allegate ai contratti di impegno al rispetto di ciò che viene sancito nel Codice etico (il cui documento è consultabile sul sito della società); la predisposizione di un sistema sanzionatorio teso a scoraggiare comportamenti poco virtuosi; il costante monitoraggio effettuato dall’Organismo di Vigilanza; la possibilità di segnalazione a quest’ultimo di eventuali violazioni del Modello stesso. RATING DI LEGALITÀ L’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato ha conferito alla società il punteggio massimo di 3 stelle. WHISTLEBLOWING E GESTIONE DELLE SEGNALAZIONI È stata approvata la procedura che disciplina il processo di ricezione, analisi e trattamento delle segnalazioni da chiunque inviate o trasmesse su fatti e comportamenti ritenuti illeciti o contrari alla legge, al Modello 231, al Sistema anticorruzione e al Codice Etico, garantendo la piena tutela del segnalante secondo prescrizioni di legge. SENSIBILIZZAZIONE, FORMAZIONE E COMUNICAZIONE La società, consapevole che la conoscenza delle regole poste a presidio dei comportamenti aziendali e la diffusione di una cultura dell’integrità costituiscano un presupposto indispensabile per una corretta applicazione della disciplina in materia di prevenzione della corruzione, riconosce importanza primaria alla sensibilizzazione sulle tematiche anticorruzione nei confronti di tutto il personale, anche attraverso apposite formazioni. Nel 2022 sono state erogate formazioni a tutto il personale in ufficio. Verranno inoltre svolte formazioni per i neoassunti e continueranno ad essere riproposte periodicamente, a tutti coloro che non concluso le stesse Relativamente all’attività di comunicazione, sul sito internet della società è divulgata la “Politica integrata”, contenente anche la sezione relativa all’anticorruzione, nonché il Codice Etico contenente principi sul tema. Vi è stato infine una diffusione di un’informativa ai fornitori ed a i dipendenti di presa visione ed accettazione dei principi contenuti nel Codice Etico.
