    Los posibles envases plásticos o de vidrio se depositan en los contenedores de recogida selectiva para cada fracción; así como los residuos orgánicos que depositamos en los contenedores correspondientes de la fracción orgánica. Todos estos residuos los tratamos como asimilables a urbanos.

    Compramos el 100% de papel de impresión ecológica y 100% reciclado para uso interno. Dicho papel está certificado como papel no blanqueado con cloro, con certificación ecológica (FSC) o con denominación TCF para el caso del blanco.  Compramos papel de gramaje reducido y en paquetes grandes para evitar desplazamientos innecesarios.  Realizamos todas las fotocopias y publicaciones a doble cara y en papel reciclado. Además, recogemos el papel que haya sido utilizado únicamente por una cara y lo reutilizamos para notas o imprimir borradores gracias a los contenedores de recogida de papel situados junto al área de las impresoras.  Nos hemos dado de baja en las suscripciones de correo innecesario y publicaciones no deseadas, potenciando los medios de comunicación electrónicos.  Cerramos completamente los grifos y revisamos y reparamos posibles fugas en los mismos.  Instalamos dispositivos que permitan reducir el volumen de agua utilizado en las cisternas e introducimos botellas de plástico llenas en los depósitos.  En caso de detectar fugas o escapes, se comunicará al administrador de la finca de manera inmediata.  Solicitamos oferta anual al proveedor, estableciendo como criterio de valoración, a la hora de escoger proveedor, los Kg de CO2  emitidos por kW consumido y la cantidad de residuos nucleares generados, según datos de la Comisión Nacional de la Energía.  Cuando podemos regular de manera directa la temperatura, evitamos utilizar la calefacción por encima de 24ºC o el aire acondicionado por debajo de 19ºC.  Desconectamos la calefacción y el aire acondicionado de salas no ocupadas, cerrando las puertas de estos compartimentos.  Nos aseguramos de que las ventanas están cerradas cuando la calefacción o el aire acondicionado están en funcionamiento.  Aprovechamos al máximo la luz natural. Cuando no es posible, utilizamos lámparas fluorescentes compactas o LED como método de iluminación.  Comprobamos que los equipos electrónicos tienen una clasificación energética A o superior. Además, todos los equipos de oficina cumplen con la normativa Energy Star de la EPA, o equivalente  Establecemos como protector de pantalla el “blanco vacío”. Para estancias prolongadas fuera del puesto de trabajo, apagamos la pantalla y el resto de los equipos.  Compramos productos con embalajes mínimos, incluso solicitando a los proveedores que retiren el embalaje y se lo llevan al realizar la entrega. También usamos tazas en lugar de vasos desechables.  Realizamos el mejor uso posible de los equipos informáticos, reutilizando los equipos antiguos por aquellos que requieran menos potencia, como por ejemplo los servidores de impresión.  Existe un claro compromiso de la Dirección con respecto al reciclaje, así plasmado en la Política Ambiental. Para fomentar el cierre de ciclos, se procurará, siempre que sea posible: Compra de productos reciclados en el mayor % posible, Que la utilización de los productos no complique su posterior reciclado.  Reciclaje y reutilización de los cartuchos de tóner usados.  Contar con empresas locales a la hora de la retirada de residuos, siempre que sea posible.  Reciclar los teléfonos móviles y sus baterías, así como los equipos informáticos (impresoras, etc.).  Reciclar tubos fluorescentes o eliminarlos en pequeñas cantidades de forma segura.
