Optional commentWe have an Environmental Sustainability Policy that is reviewed by top management periodically or when needed. We periodically test and report about the company's air and water. We make sure that all the company's supporting facilities (power sources, IT eauipment, etc..) are maintained and are functioning properly. Main challenge is losing resources due to the economic crisis in Lebanon. But the company was able to retain employees despite the crisis (employee turnover rate is 7%). Continuous action is taken to give incentives and retain employees: - Engaging employees in decision making. - Establishing a profit sharing policy to improve employees income. - On going recruitment through a systematic recruitment procedure where screening is practiced very carefully ( 2 or 3 interviews; juridical record, social media check, reference check, IQ test, job related tasks) - Staff development through training: Providing technical and non-technical training for employees ( for better mental health and better communication skills) - Establishing an Environmental Sustainability Policy that identifies, among other things, IDS commitment to UNGC 10 principles. - Establishing a Supplier Code of Conduct that highlights IDS expectations on the conduct of its external service providers. It includes terms on anticorruption, child and forced labor, commitment to environmental sustainability.Labour

- Under our HR process, we identified a new process objective to measure gender equality: Ratio of females to males with >=25% as a target. Noting that the actual ratio is 37% - We are always working on improving wages and giving incentives: we are changing our pay scale to compensate for the collapse of the Lebanese currency. We share with employees profit made from the projects they work on and we give bonuses. - We are now certified for ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System. Governed by its requirements, we implement the highest measures of security that are applicable to our type and size of business, thus keeping our environment safe and secure.Environment

1. Using cloud computing for our operation and production of software. This reduces the use of hardware and their negative impact on the environment. 2. We promote virtual meetings to reduce pollution associated with transportation. 3. We prohibited the use of plastic bottles inside the company. 4. Our offices are "smoke free" areas. 5. We issued and published an "IDS Supplier Code of Conduct" that commits our suppliers to work with us in a sustainable environment that is free from corruption and that abides by the principles and laws on labour. As for challenges that are imposed by the Lebanese economic crisis, we have to deal with power loss and we have to provide alternative and redundant power sources for our continuous operation. In this situation we find our selves consuming diesel and using batteries for UPS.Anti-corruption
