    Réseau d'animation et de prévention des TMS ; échauffements avant la prise de poste ; innovations déployées venant réduire le risque de TMS ; Challenge TMS ; Ateliers nutrition santé, défis sport / santé, ostéopathie, sophrologie… / déploiement du télétravail / Procédure RPS revue / assistante sociale / Procédure Accident du Travail et Evènement Graves revue / cellule d'astreinte disponible 24h/24 7j/7 Partout en France, GSF organise de nombreuses formations « Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail » (SST). Afin de sensibiliser les managers du secteur agroalimentaire sur les accidents graves, un module de formation à été construit. Une centaine de Responsables d’exploitation l'ont suivi. GSF est impliqué dans la campagne « Stop Illettrisme ! » Les sociétés adhérentes peuvent mettre en place un dispositif de formation afin que les salariés dans le besoin bénéficient d’un certificat de qualification professionnelle. D'autre dispositifs tels que le Projet Voltaire sont proposés aux collaborateurs du Groupe. Nouveau parcours d’intégration qui repose sur cinq piliers : la préparation pour anticiper l’arrivée du nouveau salarié, l’immersion sur le terrain, la nomination d’un parrain, des points d’étape réguliers avec le manager et la formation. Différents modules e-learning disponibles et accessibles sur notre Université en ligne : sensibilisation contre la corruption, lutte contre la discrimination, droit à la déconnexion, égalité professionnelle H/F ou encore les enjeux du RGPD.

    21. Briefly describe practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period and/or plans to take to implement the environment principles, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation.

    GSF va plus loin dans son engagement pour préserver l’environnement, notamment par le biais d’actions concrètes en régions. Une politique de mobilité a d’ailleurs été engagée depuis plusieurs années. Les salariés sont acteurs de leur mobilité avec des projets tels que l’usage de vélos, de véhicules électriques, la sensibilisation à l’éco-conduite, la maîtrise des risques routiers. L’organisation de GSF vise également à diminuer les distances domicile/travail des collaborateurs. Par ailleurs, des efforts sont fait en matière d’utilisation des produits éco labellisés, de supports réutilisables et de réduction de produits chimiques… GSF a accentué sa démarche d’innovation en supprimant au maximum le plastique et en faisant appel à des technologies telles que l’eau ozonée et l’électrolyse de l’eau salée. L’ensemble de ces actions vise à s’inscrire dans une démarche 3R : Réduire, Réutiliser, Recycler. GSF cherche à contribuer à la reforestation ou à la sécurisation de puits de carbone. Dans cette optique, deux conventions ont été signées avec France Carbon Agri et Stock CO2. Le Groupe a également posé les jalons d’un grand projet de neutralité carbone à moyen terme.

    La Gouvernance de GSF est vigilante afin qu’aucune dérive relative à la corruption et au trafic d’influence ne puisse survenir. Depuis 2012, une charte éthique est en place, instaurant une ligne de conduite claire et sécurisante à tous les salariés GSF, en France et à l’étranger. Cette dernière sera mise à jour pour la troisième fois en 2022. Afin d’aller plus loin dans la prévention de la corruption, un code des bonnes pratiques et une procédure d’alerte et de recueil des signalements sont venus compléter le dispositif existant. À ce jour aucun incident n’a été rapporté au sein du Groupe. En 2021, le service Droit des Affaires, en charge de ces sujets, a été détaché de la Direction des Affaires Juridiques Sociales. Il actualise une cartographie des risques de corruption en tenant compte de la réglementation en vigueur et des recommandations de l’AFA. GSF poursuit également ses efforts en matière de formation, notamment auprès de la ligne managériale qui doit être particulièrement attentive aux comportements responsables dans les affaires.
