We designed the 2022 specific compliance and HR training (not done in 2021 due to COVI 19) and April 2022 has been already completed. We have launched in 2021 the Sustainability Strategy including also the Compliance & Human Rights as material topic and we are developing this also in our commitments, iniciatives and objectives for the next years.Labour

We have investigated all accidents and managed corrective and preventive actions accordingly. About working conditions and specially wages, there is an equity wage revision each year to avoid unequities specially for same positions work.Environment

During 2021 we have launched our Sustainability Strategy, so we have updated our materiality topics about Environmental pillar and we have set our main ambitions, commitments and KPI's and we are developing the different objectives, initiatives and programs to progress the Environmental topics. We have launched sustainability (and environmental) assessments to our facilities (Iberia in 2021) and also completed so many input and output indicators related to Energy and water consumption, purchase of goods, waste generation, etc. But still there are many things to enhance along 2022 and beyond.Anti-corruption
