Under the protocol executed between VdA and Mafra National Forest Protected Area, in the outskirts of Lisbon, VdA ensures the management and maintenance of an area of 31 hectares (VdA Carbon Zero Zone) in accordance with a forest management plan drafted under the applicable legislation.
