The Company has implemented and officially announced the Code of Conduct for the employees and Code of Conduct for the suppliers. Code of Conduct for the employees is included into the e-learning online system. It contains our commitment to respect internationally recognized human rights, understood to be the human rights contained in the International Bill of Human Rights, coupled with the principles concerning fundamental rights in the eight ILO core conventions as set out in the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.Labour

BITĖ Group is committed to limit warming to 1.5 °C. BITĖ Group follows the newest guidance for information and communication technology (ICT) companies to set science-based targets for greenhouse gases (GHGs) according to a set of new decarbonization pathways. For the 2020-2030 period our ambition should not be less than 42%. The main strategy to decarbonize the ICT sector at the pace necessary to align with the 1.5°C trajectories includes the implementation of simultaneous, vigorous and urgent actions in the following fields: • Continued implementation of energy efficiency plans • Switch to renewable electricity supplies • Encouragement of carbon consciousness among suppliers and end-users BITĖ Group provides services that assist our customers in reducing their CO2 emissions. We do not accept bribery in any form. Gifts and hospitality are only suitable and permitted according to the more detailed instructions in the BITĖ Transparency Policy and with the requirements set in the local laws. We only work with third parties that can make a commitment to the same standards as us. Our employees are acquainted with the Transparency Policy and receive training when joining BITĖ Group. Communication on anti-corruption is included in the Transparency Policy and should be reported directly to a manager or by using our Whistleblowing System. Whistleblowing system is provided by an independent company and guarantees full anonymity for the whistleblowers. It is available both for employees and external parties. Anyone can report incidents by using the completely anonymous Whistleblowing System that is easily accessible on our corporate website. BITĖ bases its business on honesty and openness, and expects its employees, suppliers and partners to adhere to the same principles.
