Optional commentIn our operations, we work to ensure that all human rights are safeguarded, having, for example, audits at the units and reporting channels. The company has a several actions regarding human rights, as such labor rights practiced on the company and required on the supply chain, incentive programs as such the Childhood Brasil’s Na Mão Certa (“On the Right Lane”) Program, which has as main objective to promote a broad union of efforts to end the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents on Brazilian highways, and donations programs to provide food and clothing to needy communities, among others programs that are part of our Bio Abundace® program.Labour

As provided in its Compliance Manual, the company seeks to ensure that all its employees enjoy their labor rights provided for by law, in addition, management training was carried out with all the company's leaders in 2021, where matters were discussed to enhance the good relationship between all. The company also has a confidential reporting system that is easily accessible to all its stakeholders, in order to ensure safe and effective compliance processes.Environment

In 2021, a system was installed for monthly reporting and monitoring the environmental data, both consumption and disposal. With this, it was possible to identify where efforts are necessary for an increasingly environmentally sustainable production. Also, training was carried out at the units to understand these indicators, appointing those responsible for these data. On this basis, in 2022 we are developing goals for the coming years.Anti-corruption

In 2021, some company policies were revised and the process of updating its Compliance Manual and compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Law - LGPD (acronym in Portuguese) began. For 2022, there will be training in all units to publicize points of improvement, and as a way of recycling the standards. Furthermore, the company maintains a confidential reporting channel, encouraging its stakeholders to use it if necessary.
