Esta certificación valida el elevado nivel en materia de ciberseguridad de la organización, que garantiza así la confidencialidad, disponibilidad e integridad de la información que se maneja, y la correcta gestión de los riesgos que pueda haber.

    Consum cuenta con un Comité de Relaciones Internas que vela por la prevención de cualquier tipo de acoso o discriminación en el trabajo. El Comité de Seguridad y Salud, el Servicio de Prevención y los Coordinadores de Prevención se ocupan de la salud y seguridad laboral de la plantilla. Todos los trabajadores pueden acudir a su Representante Social para la reclamación en el Comité Social de cualquier asunto de índole laboral.

    En el ejercicio 2021 también se empezó a trabajar en el IV Plan de Igualdad. Para ello, se creó una comisión negociadora compuesta de manera paritaria por miembros representantes de la empresa y los trabajadores, a través del Comité Social. Los objetivos fueron acordados por los miembros de esta comisión en colaboración con las personas pertenecientes al Comité de Igualdad y Conciliación en Consum, en base a los resultados del plan anterior y al diagnóstico que se realizó a través de entrevistas y focus group con la plantilla. El IV Plan de Igualdad de Consum, que está compuesto por 19 objetivos ligados a procesos de acceso al empleo, formación, promoción, retribución, conciliación y prevención del acoso, se registró oficialmente en enero de 2022.

    En enero de 2022, la Cooperativa se sumó a la Iniciativa de los Objetivos Basados en la Ciencia (SBTi). Esta iniciativa nace como una colaboración entre el Fondo Mundial para la Naturaleza (WWF), el Carbon Disclousure Project (CDP), el Pacto Mundial y el Instituto Global de Recursos (WRI), que ofrece a las organizaciones la posibilidad de que verifiquen que sus objetivos climáticos están en línea con el Acuerdo de París, para limitar el aumento de la temperatura global por debajo de 1,5ºC, y de esta forma con la urgencia del problema. Consum ha sido la primera cadena de supermercados española en adherirse al SBTi, y a lo largo del ejercicio 2022 validará sus primeros objetivos basados en la ciencia.
