We ensure that all employees are aware of our commitment to human rights through various channels, including onboarding process and periodical internal communications. Our recruitment, employee development and promotions processes contain only criteria that are related to the assessment of certain professional skills and exclude the intervention of any discriminatory factors. Our employees are encouraged to share any suspicions of non-compliance with human rights in internal anonymous surveys. All our employees are informed about our commitment to human rights. None of our employees has reported non-compliance with human rights within our company. In pursuit of the goals we have set for ourselves in relation to human rights we supported homes for the elderly, centers for children with special need, the medical team of the local COVID-19 ward, local universities and students clubs. We also did several information campaigns among our social media accounts.Labour

We provide our employees with additional health insurance. Our employees are periodically involved in different trainings to improve their professional and personal skills. We conduct annual anonymous employee satisfaction surveys. Our regular internship programs have been organized online in order to provide access to them for students from different settlements. We provide our employees with gym membership cards to stimulate their active way of living. Our human resources expert is available for regular meetings with all of our employees to ensure their mental health. We organize regular team building activities for our employees. All our employees are informed about our labour policies. We organized two online internship programs for bachelor students with no professional experience and have offered permanent positions at CSoft to 50% of the interns. Internal statistics show high employee satisfaction and low turnover. None of our employees has reported non-compliance with the labour policies within our company.Environment

We do steps to reduce the use of materials that exploit or harm nature and to proper treatment of waste on a daily basis. Some major examples are: - Donation of plastic caps collected by our employees for recycling for charity initiatives; - Donations of used computers and monitors; - Use of less paper documentation and business cards. Our employees are aware of our environmental responsibility and actively share ideas for further developing it in the future. When applicable we share our vision for sustainable environment with our partners and the society in order to engage more people in our causes.Anti-corruption

We reinforce the importance of ethical behaviour through induction and periodical internal communications. We ensure that all our employees are aware of our anti-corruption commitment through various channels, including onboarding process and periodical internal communications. Practical examples during the reporting year are: - Key areas in the fight against corruption shared through our social media accounts; - Tips to fight against corruption added to our company internal newsletter. Our employees are encouraged to share any suspicions of corrupt or unethical actions in internal anonymous surveys.
