As mentioned above under human rights, we have strengthened our supplier governance model and relaunched an updated Supplier Code of Conduct and implemented a tool to perform assessments of suppliers' compliance with the code (and as such their sustainability management/performance including respect of labour rights). We have also performed some on-site audits at building contractors to observe and assess actions taken. All employees have received training in health & safety and non-discrimination during the year.Environment

Optional commentWe have taken action to adapt our properties to expected consequences of climate change and also placed equirements on suppliers and contractors to take action to reduce their CO2 emissions. By making our buildings more resilient to climate change we are also contributing to increasing resilience in the communities where we operate. We offset all our carbon emissions and contribute to climate change adaptation projects in other countries as well as funding local research e.g. into CCS technologies.Energy / Resource Use

We operate only in Sweden and Denmark which are currently not areas with high water stress.13. We have performed several actions during the year, including assessing risks/needs for climate adaptation, training employees and suppliers in taking climate action, procured 100% renewable electricity and an increasing volume of renewable heating/biogas, significantly increased our production of solar power, environmentally certified an increasing number of buildings etc.Anti-corruption

We have updated and disseminated our Code of Business Principles for employees which includes policies on anti-corruption. We have run trainings for all employees on Business Ethics including anti-corruption and emphasised the internal guidance available on these issues (Does and Don'ts). We have also strengthened our whistleblowing process and engaged an external independent party to operate this process, which will make it more available and secure for all stakeholders to use if they suspect any situations of corruption or other cases of non-compliance with our Business Principles.
