    ATREVIA ha elaborado una estrategia de sostenibilidad que sirve como palanca de crecimiento generando valor a largo plazo. En dicha estrategia (en adelante ATREVIA Activa) que cuenta con compromisos ESG para 2022, 2023 y 2024. ATREVIA cuenta con un departamento de sostenibilidad que imparte formación en cualquiera de los 10 principios recogidos en Pacto Mundial. ATREVIA ACTIVA cuenta con el respaldo de la CEO Asunción Soriano, proporcionando suficiente poder jerárquico para su implementación a lo largo plazo. Los principios 3,4,5 y 6 y su cumplimiento y seguimiento vienen por todas las campañas lanzadas de rrhh, haciendo hincapié en las grandes flexibilidades que se le dan a los colaboradores en materia de conciliación. Se puede teletrabajar hasta 3 días a las semana. Hay feedback 180 para todos los colaboradores. Varios canales, uno de denuncias privado que maneja el despacho de abogados de ATREVIA y uno de sugerencias y escucha.

    ATREVIA cuenta con un Manual de Compliance en donde se busca proteger a la entidad frente a cualquier incidente de corrupción o posibles reclamaciones relacionadas con riesgos penales. ATREVIA se asegura que los empleados y colaboradores de ATREVIA conozcan y entiendan el contenido del mismo. Para ello, ATREVIA imparte formaciones anuales a todos los empleados y colaboradores. Al objeto de ejecutar las funciones de prevención, control y gestión en materia de cumplimiento normativo y responsabilidad penal de la empresa, el Órgano de Administración de ATREVIA ha creado, como medida organizativa y de control, un OCI que es el responsable de la implantación de la política de compliance en la entidad a nivel operativo y funcional, y el encargado de la supervisión de su funcionamiento y cumplimiento, propuestas de área de mejora, debiendo reportar al Órgano de Administración cualquier incumplimiento que se observe y del que tuviese conocimiento. Se ha creado un OCI compuesto por tres miembros de la empresa, pertenecientes a las áreas de RRHH, Finanzas y legal, quienes ejercen la función de Compliance Officers. Otra de las medidas que ha tomado ATREVIA es externalizar el canal de denuncias. Esto con el fin de incentivar a los empleados a comunicar cualquier ilícito penal, sin correr el riesgo de que no lo hagan por temor a posibles represalias.
