    During the reporting period we have published our first Communication on Progress report (Sustainability report) in which Environment and Climate Action play a major role. We have developed a Code of Conduct which includes principles from the UNGC on environmental issues. We have developed a new strategy focusing on Sustainability and Climate Action, including an objective to develop concrete climate targets and an emissions reduction plan.

    We have implemented a whistleblower system, and comply with Danish legislation within this area.

    8. Briefly describe practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period and/or plans to take to implement the anti-corruption principle, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation.

    We have implemented our Code of Conduct, which has been send out and signed by all employees as well as selected suppliers. We have changed our supplier evaluation form, which now includes questions regarding membership in the UNGC, CSR policy and Code of Conduct. Our Communication on Progress report adresses anti-corruption and bribery as well.
