The Board of Directors sets the principles and strategies that guide the design of our executive compensation program, which includes several Environmental health and safety metrics. Optional commentOur GHG commitment calls for us to reduce our absolute carbon emissions by 20 percent by 2030 for our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission, which are direct and indirect GHG emissions from operations and consumed energy. We expect to continue to make significant progress in waste reduction, energy efficiency and other key sustainability metrics, in 2022 and going forward. In addition to completing a detailed water risk assessment at all Hexion sites in water distressed areas, Hexion continues to prioritize reducing water consumption, especially in water-stressed areas.
