We provide systematic training especially to supervisors to ensure that human rights issues are embedded in our everyday operations. We regularly carry out internal surveys to ensure that no human rights issues arise among our people. We have recognized that there are challenges related to work-life-balance and have started the work to improve it. During the reporting period we have strengthened the visibility and the position of staff representatives.Labour

Optional commentWe have incorporated the above themes to our daily operations and provide internal training on them. We also have controls in place. We do not ask our clients or collaborators to provide such information.Prevention

In our internal surveys and discussions it has come into light that there are challenges in work-life-balance. Therefore we have chosen it to be one of our focus areas.3. Optional commentWe provide training for supervisors, carry out internal surveys such as feedback to supervisors, pulse surveys and employer survey, create content plans for ongoing training and provide coaching training for supervisors. The management carries out regular meetings with co-operation and occupational safety and health staff representatives. We have increased staff representation in the above meetings.4. In our internal surveys have highlighted that there is particularly field of improvement regarding to work-life balance and therefore we have chosen it to be one of our areas of development. We will engage all our people in the search of concrete solutions to the issue.Environment

It is our first reporting period in the UN Global Compact and after joining the initiative we have looked at our operations from environmental perspective and had conversations on how to approach the issue. We are aware that the biggest environmental impact of our work comes from work travel. However, due to effective and advanced remote working tools and practices we have been able to reduce the amount of travel-related emissions. However, we do not have systems to measure the impacts in place yet.Anti-corruption

We ensure that the training of our people is up to date. During this reporting period we have also organized money laundering awareness training for the entire staff. We adopted a new software (Doks) used to securely identify our clients.
