El consumo energético per cápita por empleado en el Banco tuvo un decrecimiento significativo en este último año, pasando de 315 kw/h en 2020 a 251 kw/h en 2021. Así mismo el consumo anual de agua por empleado en el Banco se mantuvo en la misma cifra 0.9 m3 frente al año anterior, siendo este el resultado de múltiples esfuerzos realizados desde la Dirección Administrativa del Banco para optimizar el uso del recurso energético e hídrico, esto a través del Programa de Gestión Ambiental del Banco denominado Acción Natural con el cual se busca mejorar y mitigar su impacto al medio ambiente, impulsando la sostenibilidad a través del fortalecimiento de la cultura ambiental, el despliegue de las sensibilizaciones a cada colaborador del Banco y la capacitación de líderes y gestores ambientales en cada regional, encaminando a ser reconocidos como un Banco Sostenible. Con los programas de Optimización del Gasto se inició una serie de estrategias que aportan beneficios al Banco de manera sostenible: • Campaña para la eliminación de utensilios desechables o de un solo uso. • Implementación del código de colores para el manejo de residuos: Resolución 2184 de 2019. • Campañas corporativas para evitar el uso de plástico. • Ejecución continua del Programa de uso racional de papel e impresión. • Convenio Coomeva - WWF. • Nuevas alianzas con proveedores especialistas en la desmaterialización de electrodomésticos menores, para asegurar una disposición final responsable, así como la respectiva certificación de este proceso. • Se cuenta con 274 depósitos de basura, que se tienen en nuestras 90 sedes a nivel nacional. • En colaboración con Ecobatery y la iniciativa Pilas con el Medio Ambiente, se ha dispuesto en cada sede un recipiente para reciclar las pilas, gracias a lo cual se han recolectado 36 kilos de estas. • Todos los colaboradores emplean herramientas digitales como Teams, Teleconferencia y firmas electrónicas e impresión en PDF, para agilizar su gestión. • Se adquirieron insumos biodegradables, disminuyendo la cantidad de desechos que se envían a los vertederos con lo cual contribuimos a preservar el medio ambiente. Nos aliamos con el proveedor Vértebra para “darlo todo” por el Planeta, ejecutando el seguimiento a lo que denominamos La Ruta Sostenible, la cual realizará su despliegue en 2022.Anti-corruption
