    Prevention

    3. Who receives training on anti-corruption and integrity?

    Optional comment
All employees receive general compliance training which covers compliance topics including anti-corruption. The training programme has been relaunched in 2021 to cover all employees globally and includes a core e-learning curriculum which covers anti-corruption at a basic level. Further, we provide dedicated live training (conducted either in person, or, more commonly since the covid-19 pandemic began, via videoconference) for those employees deemed higher risk (such as employees being dispatched to countries with a higher corruption risk score according to the Corruption Perceptions Index).

3.1. How often is such training provided?

    One time only

    Every year

    Every two or more years

    Select employees

    Contractors

    Direct suppliers of the organization

Other – such as partners, clients, etc.

    Optional comment
As above: the curriculum is designed such that general compliance training, including anti-bribery, is conducted multiple times a year with a rolling sequence of topics (each topic to be completed at least once every two years). For those select employees receiving the live training lecture, this is done on an ad-hoc basis as needed. (Such employees will still be subject to ongoing e-learning requirements.)

    4. Does the company monitor its anti-corruption compliance programme?
