We have the human resources department that ensures compliance with the General Labor Law that safeguards human and workers' rights. In addition to this department, the Ethics Committee ensures compliance with the company's Code of Ethics. There is an internal Audit Office in the company, whose main mission is to prevent corruption and related risks, through continuous actions that facilitate the detection of errors and failures in procedures and various frauds, which provides a substantial reduction in the risk margin and also in issuing a professional opinion on the object of analysis. Anti-corruption sectors: Internal and External Audit; Local or General Inspection; Fiscal Councils; Ethics Committee. We continue to work with the advice of an institution on anti-corruption issues, incorporating Compliance and Risk Management in the near future. In order to banish the problem identified, the GAI relies on follow-up audits to correct non-conformities found in economic-financial audits as well as in quality and inspections. There were also verification visits and working meetings with the audited areas to discuss the final report. Annually, we prepare an Accounts Report with external auditors that is sent to the Ministry of Finance for approval.
