Optional commentLINK has taken up certain actions aimed at identifying and organizing its relations with suppliers, enabling the company to act responsibly and to create added value throughout its value chain. In 2021, LINK has introduced a basic supplier-due-diligence (SDD) process, based on the methodology proposed by OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct. The focus areas are the above-mentioned sustainability topics.7. At LINK, we believe that educating our employees about climate issues is the basis for change. In this context, we conducted climate action workshops during our last LINK Days - s a digital company-wide gathering bringing together employees from all affiliates to announce results and future strategy. In addition, LINK currently ensures that its providers can document their approach to energy efficiency and is in the process of implementing requirements towards its suppliers in procurement processes, and routines to document its assessments of providers. A number of actions related to carbon footprint and energy efficiency will be implemented in 2022.Anti-corruption

- The group-wide anti-corruption policy implemented into updated training, made mandatory for all employees. Furthermore, the completion of training has been made part of bonus targets for every employee with a bonus programme. - A whistleblowing tool has been introduced and published, giving all employees access to anonymous reporting - Supplier DD process has been defined, giving wider insight regarding compliance in the supply chain.
