Durante ano de 2021/2022, a Nava conduziu algumas ações com foco em diversidade e inclusão. Temos um grupo de ação em nosso programa de ESG que se chama: ACT NOW - dentro deles temos um pilar que trata de gestão responsável que cuida da equidade de gênero e inclusão de diversidade. Neste ano conduzimos o programa de Jovem Aprendiz com foco em pessoas em condições de vulnerabilidade. Também lançamos o programa de formação em JAVA com foco em mulheres e o programa de mentoria feminina.Labour

Constituímos um grupo de afinidade com foco em ações relacionadas ao meio ambiente: ACT NOW sustentabilidade. Realizamos ações de coleta seletiva em nossos escritórios. Com a volta ao escritório, vamos eliminar os lixos individuais sem seleção de material para que todos possam descartar os lixos de forma seletiva. Estamos desenvolvendo um projeto que visa tornar nosso kit de boas vindas eco-friendly (materiais recicláveis e ou de baixo impacto no meio ambiente para sua produção). Implantamos uma campanha do uso de escadas no escritório para redução de uso de energia dos elevadores e incentivar o exercício físico. Com a volta aos escritórios reiniciamos a campanha de redução do uso de copos plásticos incentivando o uso de copos de vidro e canecas do kit de boas vindas. Temos um bicicletário no prédio para incentivar o uso de locomoção com zero impacto no meio ambiente.Anti-corruption

Política de Compras, Alçadas, Código de Ética e Conduta. Também foram revisados processos de avaliação de fornecedores com os quais mantemos relações comerciais. Estão em andamento melhorias para se estabelecer outros requisitos ESG das melhores práticas da ISO26000 e de uma Programa de Integridade durante o ano de 2022.
