• As a Swedish company HemoCue follows the Collective Agreements between the Company and the Labor organizations. HemoCue follows the Collective Agreements between the Company and labor organizations HemoCue HR and the representatives of the local labour committees have regular meetings where discussion are held regards to labour related questions –regulated in the “Medbestämmandelagen” MBL, The Codetermination Act. HemoCue adhere to DHR Code of Conduct. Each emloyee performs mandatory annual training with questions asked and pass results needed. If trainings are not performed it will affect individual annual score and hence payment outcome for coming year. Each new supplier is being screening in advance of on-boarding and in the event of previous red flags these are needs to be cleared in advance of approval. Each partner and each distributor performs annual compliance training in order for HemoCue to receive orders and deliver goods. This works very well. If distributor/partner do not respond to such request after reminders, the entity will be terminated,
