    En el momento de integrar nuevos trabajadores a J3M se brinda una capacitación de inducción dando a conocer los principios bajo los que funciona la empresa y a los que se deben comprometer, por tanto, los trabajadores son conscientes de su responsabilidad de informar a dirección sobre cualquier caso que vaya en contra de dichos principios. Hasta el momento J3M no ha debido enfrentarse a problemas relacionados con corrupción.
