We have implemented flexible hours for lunch hours. We have implemented a bank of hours that can be used within the same month. We work from Monday to Thursday, as we believe it is essential to have a free weekday. We follow the meal allowance values indicated by the union.Environment

Optional commentOur company has produced studies that help governments and civil society to build sustainable cities. We calculated the bicycle fleet in Brazil in a study that impacts climate action and air pollution. We carried out a study to create a city access index tool for public management to improving urban mobility in cities in territories that need it most. We also studied the relationship between ownership of automobiles and motorcycles by households formed by white and black people, which impacts climate justice.4. We joined the UN's 30 km/h campaign for road safety. We actively participated in the Meeting of Actors in Road Safety of the Pan American Health Organization. We launched a scientific journal - the Journal of Sustainable Urban Mobility, to foster scientific production on sustainable mobility. We have a weekly online program to discuss sustainability and urban mobility issues. We are part of the Advisory Board of the Bicycle Observatory in Brazil.Anti-corruption

Our anti-corruption practices consist of promoting our values to all employees. Transparency is a value used in our relationships in all internal work processes and with our customers and suppliers. There have not yet been any corruption cases in the organization, but any act of corruption discovered will be duly investigated.
