    Se continuó durante 2021 con el trabajo conjunto con Fundacion Abrazo Argentina realizando viajes solidarios contribuyendo con alimentos, utiles escolares, medicamentos y otros insumos para comunidades de l Chaco Salteño. Asimismo se mantuvo el trabajo en sinergia con Fundación Reciduca, contribuyendo con reciclables originados en nuestras operaciones, con el fin de financiar parte del estudio de jóvenes con necesidad de reinserción escolar.

    Esta en curso un plan de mejora en relacion a compensaciones y beneficios para los empleados, que será implementado durante 2022. Esta previsto en ese mismo período generar concientizaciones respecto a temas de violencia de género e igualdad. Durante 2021 se continuó con el trabajo en conjunto con el sindicato, implementando reuniones mensuales de feedback para identificar oportunidades de mejora. Se implementará programa de capacitación para mejorar el trabajo en equipo, de manera tal de optimizar la comunicación interna y la sinergia entre áreas. Están previstos cambios de estructura para evitar la sobrecarga de trabajo de ciertos puestos en Trafico y Operaciones y lograr mayor flexibilidad.

    El foco durante el periodo en análisis fue optimizar la segregación de residuos para optimizar más aun la tasa de reciclado, se prevé mejorar las estaciones de residuos y analizar el reemplazo de vasos de plástico en las áreas que aun lo utilizan, implementando botella reutilizables individuales. Se avanzó en el reemplazo de luminarias por uso de led, para minimizar el consumo de energía eléctrica. Se realizaron campañas de concientización de uso racional de recursos naturales, tales como energía, papel y agua. Se continua con la modernización de la flota de transporte de cargas por unidades modernas incorporando unidades GNC, con el fin de reducir emisiones de CO2.

    Durante el 2021 se redefinió el proceso de Compras actualizando procedimientos internos de manera tal de garantizar mayor transparencia, implementando una cadena de aprobación y compulsas entre oferentes para seleccionar proveedor en cada compra. Adicionalmente se trabajó en la optimización de procesos varios tales como transporte para garantizar mayor trazabilidad de la información mediante sistemas operativos y aplicaciones en línea, de manera tal de lograr datos fehacientes en cuanto a km recorridos, consumos de combustible, etc. Adicionalmente se implementaron controles cruzados en relación a adquisición de insumos, mediante un cambio de estructura en el area de taller y pañol.
