Consid AB recently employed a new project manager to oversee our equality platform called "Q by Consid" which aims to increase gender equality in the tech industry. Through our many initiatives such as our mentorship program, events, discussion platforms and more Q by Consid drives opinion on gender equality in the industry and in society. We aim to support women and non-binary people to proceed a career in tech and challenge male norms that are found throughout the sector.Labour

Consid AB's screening is in accordance with the 10 principles of UNGC and the aim is to assess progress towards sustainability and identify any misconducts. Consid AB has a whistleblower function in which all employees are encouraged to anonymously report any misconducts. We are constantly looking to develop our methods to identify and prevent any breaches in employee safety, physical and psychological health and wellbeing. All employees have regular check-in's with our HR staff to identify risks in both organizational and social work environment. Each of our locations have a work environment committee that is in charge of ensure our workplace policy compliance, plan and regularly assess our work place environment. In addition, Consid AB has an ethics council in which concerns or breaches of any policy (whether regarding Code of Conduct, Anti-corruption or Labour and Human Rights) is carefully assessed and dealt with.Environment

Optional commentAir Pollution Policy: In accordance with our materiality analysis, Consid AB does have a direct impact on air pollution through business travel and employee commuting. These are both accounted for in our annual carbon emission report. Consid Ab has a general policy on business travel that states that all domestic travels that taking less than 5 hours must be conducted by train. In 2021, 75 percent of all company travels were conducted by train. We are currently reviewing our possibilities of offering incentives to facilitate for employees to use public transport as a means of transportation and thus reduce the amount of car travels. Consid AB is committed to the SBTi and are currently setting a carbon emission reduction target. The proposed actions are among other things to ensure all our offices uses renewable energy sources. The goal of this target is by the end of 2022. In addition, Consid is looking into replacing all diesel or petrol cars in our fleet with electric cars and making it company policy to travel using the most environmentally friendly option. This is also facilitated by giving employees economic incentives to use public transportation for commuting. In 2021, Consid made a partnership with IT refurbishing company Inrego to ensure sustainable treatment of e-waste. By using Inrego, we give our electronic devices a longer life, ensures sustainable waste treatment, reuse of natural resources and reduced e-waste. We are currently looking into the alternative of purchasing refurbished IT equipment to further reduce our carbon footprint.Anti-corruption

However, Consid closely monitor all operations and in addition to the anonymous whistleblower function, there is a Ethics council who conduct internal investigations, follow up on any allegations and assess the every single case of misconduct.7. Consid AB annually disclose KPI's such as number of cases of misconduct, number of reported cases to the ethics council in our sustainability report. However no changes in procedure were made during the reporting period. Anti-corruption is closely regulated by Swedish Law and thus a strict practice within the company as well.
