Tibber Code of Conduct for suppliers set standards, both recommendations and obligations, in the area of human rights and labor. Find the relevant sections below. The code of conduct is signed by Tibber's main suppliers and we work to get more suppliers existing and all new suppliers to sign the code of conduct. As a Supplier to Tibber you undertake to comply with all relevant labour and human rights regulations in the countries where you operate. As a Supplier to Tibber you are recommended to work systematically to secure diversity, non-discrimintation and employer welfare, and to seek third party verification. Certification as B-Corporation or equivalent standards is encouraged.Labour

We have created CoC and have got it signed by several of our suppliers. In this document we state our expectations on different topics, including labour rights principles. There are still difficult to control the activity all the way out in the different processes.Environment

Overall Environment

Plastic free emballage: 2021 we have worked to remove all plastic filling material from our own Hardware and the shipping cartons. With our new shipping cartons we are at 100% recyacable paper in our e-commerce operations. Sustainability work with our suppliers: We have worked strategically with our closest suppliers to improve sustainability both short and long term. Examples is that we have implemented shorter inbound shipping routes directly from factory to our warehouse instead of passing several warehouses in different countries. Before 2021 we imported cables from Norway to Sweden that were assembled in Germany, now we are bringing them in locally to each warehouse. As a digital B2C energy company, Tibber handles both digital power trading, large volumes of consumer data and personal information about customers. In our overall business risk assessments we have concluded that 1. breach of data protection and privacy 2. breach of routines in power trading represent some of the most prominent risks related to our operations.
