Optional commentSIRO publishes an annual sustainability report. This started in 2021 and our commitment is to publish an annual report (September) each year. We restate and enhance our commitments to this each year. I have not ticked all the boxes as we have not stated all targets.2. Optional commentWe have an anti-corruption policy as do our shareholders. There is antibribery legislation in our jurisdiction and we follow all this. The require all vendors to complete a questionnaire to assess their suitability and commitment to sustainability topics.3. Optional commentYes. Environment is managed by Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. All environmental standards are maintained to ISO 45001 Supply Chain Management is outsourced to Vodafone Procurement Group who ensure the highest standards are maintained within the supply chain. People Department ensures that employees have decent work by ensuring that pay is market based and is above the living wage for all employees (including apprentices and interns), that employees have access to learning and development, wellness support and maintain policies that ensure their dignity at work, equality of opportunity and access to grievance procedures.Prevention

Overall Environment

We have created a baseline for reporting 2019 and now have two years of information tracked for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. We introduced electric vehicles in 2021. We currently have transitioned half our fleet (26 cars) and are progressing with the other 50%. This has made an impact on our scope 1 emissions and we will continue to reduce as we bring on vehicles. We have a goal to reduce waste to landfill. Our waste is construction waste and we are working on a project with ESB and Trinity College DublinAnti-corruption

We have recently implemented compliance software and we intend to have all our employees attend training and sign that they have read and understood the policy this year, and repeat this annually.
