    Debido a que la operación de Equirent cubre territorios donde convergen situaciones especiales de orden público, se propende por generar acciones inmediatas donde se informará a las autoridades competentes, sobre cualquier amenaza o violación de los Derechos Humanos dirigida a los trabajadores o comunidad en general. Además, la Compañía cumple con las políticas de Derechos Humanos y responsabilidad social laboral de todos sus clientes. Es importante resaltar la cero tolerancia hacia faltas o conductas inapropiadas de los trabajadores, referentes a los Derechos Humanos, ya que afectan el buen nombre de la Compañía y sus relaciones con la comunidad. Para el año 2.022 Equirent busca fortalecer las competencias en DD.HH, además, planea dar inicio a las temáticas relacionadas y capacitar a los trabajadores de la Compañía. De igual manera, se espera integrar los riesgos en materia de DD.HH en la matriz de Equirent.

    Equirent impulsa el programa “Equirent Estudia”, promueve el desarrollo educativo de sus trabajadores, con el cual se facilitan recursos para cursar programas académicos a nivel técnico, tecnológico, profesional y de posgrado, entre otros. Destinando $21 millones de pesos que han beneficiado de los trabajadores, beneficios tales como: BENEFICIO EXTRALEGAL Para el año 2.021 la Compañía entregó una prima extralegal de navidad, no constitutiva de salario y por mera liberalidad del empleador a 177 de sus trabajadores, todo de acuerdo a una política establecida para este efecto, basada en la antigüedad y llamados de atención, entre otros y dirigida principalmente a beneficiar a los trabajadores de menores salarios. BIENESTAR EMOCIONAL Equirent busca garantizar un ambiente de trabajo óptimo, convirtiéndolo en una oferta de valor para el trabajador, al fomentar vínculos de confianza y cercanía, a través de diferentes actividades para crear experiencias positivas en los trabajadores y sus familias. Para los cumpleaños de los trabajadores, se realizó un reconocimiento por los medios de comunicación; así mismo, se rindió homenaje a todos los padres y madres por su gran labor en la Compañía brindando un obsequio conmemorativo con un emotivo mensaje. Al cierre del año, Equirent agradece a cada trabajador su labor y dedicación, y comparte con ellos y sus familias una magnifica ancheta. Sin lugar a dudas, en la Compañía los más pequeños también son reconocidos como parte de la familia, y en el arte de regalar sonrisas, se entregaron 202 regalos en la temporada navideña y dulces para celebrar el día del niño. También se realizaron otras actividades de integración en el año como: caminata ecológica, carreras de observación, salidas recreativas, entre otras. Todo esto como parte de las medidas que logren potenciar y sostener la motivación, la orientación al logro, la adaptación al cambio y la recursividad. CLIMA LABORAL De acuerdo con la última medición del clima laboral, se estableció que la satisfacción de los trabajadores es del 79.97%. Se encuentran brechas en Liderazgo y comunicación, las cuales se esperan trabajar para el siguiente periodo. El promedio anual de la planta de personal fue de 305 trabajadores, con una variación 2.21% y se cerró el periodo con 335 trabajadores, con una variación del 18.79% con respecto inmediatamente anterior.     Para el mes de octubre del año 2.021, Equirent adquirió la certicación ISO 14064-1:2018 “Inventario de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero” y la Norma PAS 2060 que otorga el sello de carbono neutralidad, por la compensación de 3.829 Toneladas de CO2 superando el total de emisiones generadas por Equirent, la compensación fue con BanCO2 en los proyectos: Sombrilla bajo Cauca y Costa Norte FCG, Proyecto Forestal CO2Cero Cordillera Central y Proyecto Forestal Núcleo Vichada - Meta.

    La Compañía cuenta con un Plan de Manejo Ambiental con el objeto de prevenir, controlar y mitigar los riesgos e impactos derivados de los procesos, se establece iniciativas y actividades puntuales o subprogramas para su control para los aspectos significativos por la existencia de normatividad legal asociado a este o por la valoración en la “Matriz de Identificación y Evaluación de Aspectos e impactos ambientales”, de los que se tienen identificados: Consumo de energía, durante el 2.021, se llevaron a cabo las siguientes acciones: Control mensual del consumo de la energía eléctrica reportada. Sensibilización en el uso eficiente de energía a través de boletines informativos Consumo de recurso hídrico- agua, durante el 2.021, se implementaron las siguientes acciones: Sensibilización en el uso eficiente del agua a través de boletines informativos Difusión vía correo de tips sobre el manejo del agua Control bimensual del consumo del agua doméstica reportada Lavado en seco de los vehículos para disminuir el consumo de agua Control y seguimiento de los premisos de vertimiento de nuestros proveedores de lavado. Consumo de papel, en cuanto al consumo de papel, se contabiliza la compra de resmas de papel y el número de las impresiones y copias suministradas por el proveedor de los equipos, identificando las áreas de mayor consumo priorizando así las campañas de reducción de papel y establecer mayor control del consumo. Generación de residuos sólidos - no peligrosos, la compañía tiene implementado un programa de gestión de residuos, ya que es una de las actividades con mayor impacto, por la naturaleza del proceso que desarrolla la compañía, realizando la recuperación del material aprovechable entregándolo a una Asociación De Recicladores de Oficio, con el fin de ser incorporado a la cadena de producción. Generación de residuos sólidos peligrosos y especiales, los procesos misionales de mantenimiento tienen un uso intensivo de recursos. Por lo anterior, la Compañía realiza controles periódicos a sus proveedores de talleres para que los residuos especiales y peligrosos en referencia a llantas usadas, baterías y aceites usados tengan un manejo integral, donde su recolección, tratamiento, aprovechamiento y disposición final se realice mediante empresas autorizadas y programas posconsumo. Orden y aseo en los puestos de trabajo (programa orden y aseo), se desarrolla con el fin de crear hábitos y rutinas para un ambiente seguro de trabajo, mediante la metodología basada en clasificar, organizar, limpiar estandarizar señalizar y mejorar los lugares y sitios de trabajo. Portafolio Sostenible Dando continuidad a la tendencia mundial y a la promulgación de la ley 1.964 del 11 de julio de 2.019, que promueve el uso de vehículos eléctricos en Colombia. Equirent desde el año 2.017 inició un proceso de aumento de participación de este tipo de vehículos en su flota. Razón por la cual, Equirent desarrolla soluciones de movilidad, por eso se disponen de alternativas para personas y empresas que generen conciencia ambiental y aporten al medio ambiente, reduciendo la huella de carbono, y gases contaminantes con la utilización diaria de vehículos. Dentro de las soluciones de movilidad con aporte al desarrollo sostenible contamos: Renting para personas y pymes: apoya el segmento de pequeñas empresas como emprendimientos, startups y personas naturales con establecimiento de comercio, a través de este servicio personas y Pymes pueden contratar vehículos 100% eléctricos para su operación. Renting empresarial: permite desarrollar soluciones de movilidad ecoeficientes a las empresas, bajo este servicio se fomenta la participación y contratación de flota 100% eléctrica e híbrida. El car sharing: para personas (Alquiler de vehículos por horas), está disponible en Bogotá, permite mediante la plataforma tecnológica hacer reservas de vehículos 100% eléctricos, la aplicación cuenta con referencias disponibles como los BYD e0 y Mitsubishis I-miev. La figura del car sharing corporativo o para empresas, también brinda asesoría a las empresas respecto a la implementación de flota eco eficiente con el medio ambiente y se fomenta la participación de vehículos 100% eléctricos e híbridos. Bajo los anteriores resultados y los lineamientos de la economía circular, se incrementó año a año la flota de vehículos eléctricos de Equirent.

    Para establecer controles y mitigar los riesgos que se puedan presentar en Equirent, se han implementado mecanismos como los canales de comunicación para los grupos de interés internos y externos, los cuales tienen como fin tratar de manera confidencial y reservada la información, de esta forma se busca reducir la posibilidad de que la información sea vulnerada y compartida. Cabe resaltar que estos canales se encuentran enlazados con la alta Gerencia y la Oficial de Cumplimiento, quienes son los encargados del seguimiento oportuno de los eventos. Es importante mencionar que todo reporte recibido es tratado de manera reservada y confidencial (anónimo), de esta forma se asegura que el proceso y análisis de la información se realizará de manera parcial y objetiva. Para el año 2.021 no se efectuaron reportes de denuncias mediante los canales de comunicación establecidos en Equirent, no obstante, se continúa trabajando en la cultura de ética y transparencia, mediante la actualización de manuales, procedimientos, políticas como: Política de Confidencialidad y Transparencia y Política de Protección al Denunciante, con el fin de crear conciencia con las contrapartes de la Compañía, al momento de realizar la respectiva denuncia. De acuerdo a la Circular Externa 100-000011 del 9 de agosto del 2.021, se realiza la creación del Programa de Transparencia y Ética Empresarial (PTEE) al interior de la Compañía, el cual tiene como fin, la identificación, detección, prevención, mitigación de aquellos riesgos que se puedan presentar por fraude, corrupción y soborno transnacional y que puedan afectar de manera legal, reputacional, económica y de contagio a la Compañía. Razón por la cual, se realiza la actualización del Manual de Antifraude y Anticorrupción.
