A partir de las reformas de ley en materia de subcontratación se realizó una revisión exhaustiva de proveedores de servicios especializados con el objeto de asegurar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales. A partir de la reforma laboral y el contenido en esta materia en el capítulo 23 del TEMEC, realizamos un diagnóstico de cumplimiento y se identificaron áreas de oportunidad que permitieron diseñar un plan de acción que asegurara el total cumplimiento de las obligaciones de la empresa en esta materia. Después de la revisión del Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo y en apego a disposiciones legales se sometió los acuerdos contenidos en el Convenio respectivo a la opinión de los trabajadores mediante voto libre directo y secreto para la aprobación del Convenio obteniendo un resultado aprobatorio del 76%. Actualmente estamos trabajando en la legitimación de los dos Contratos Colectivos Trabajo que tiene la empresa, en las plantas Puebla y Saltillo de manera que en los próximos seis meses, en apego a las disposiciones legales los Sindicatos sometan a la consideración de los trabajadores mediante voto libre, directo y secreto su acuerdo o desacuerdo con el Contrato Colectivo y la representación sindical.Environment

Desde el año 2018 Unicar Plastics cuenta con la Certificación en Industria Limpia, otorgada por la PROPEPA (Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Medio Ambiente). La PROFEPA es el organismo encargado del cuidado y preservación del ambiente en todo el País (México), al igual que la inspección y vigilancia del cumplimiento de leyes para la protección ambiental. En Septiembre del 2020 se realizó la auditoria de vigilancia ambiental, el ejercicio comprendió en trabajos de diagnóstico ambiental, en las instalaciones de Unicar Plastics, con el fin de acreditar el desempeño ambiental. Actualmente contamos con la renovación del certificado de Industria Limpia con vigencia del Febrero del 2023.Anti-corruption

1. PRÁCTICAS: Se ha implementado desde el 2016 a la fecha un Sistema Integral de Ética que está compuesto de los siguientes elementos: Código de Ética y Conducta Código de Conducta para Socios de Negocio y Proveedores Comité de Ética Herramienta de Denuncias "Tips Anónimos" (disponible para colaboradores, proveedores y socios de negocio y Clientes). 2. DESAFIOS: Uno de los desafíos es cumplir con los criterios en esta materia indicados en el Modelo de Administración del Negocio que incluye una metodología de evaluación que nos permita medir el cumplimiento de este y de todos los elementos que componen el modelo. 3. ACCIONES TOMADAS PARA PREVENCIÓN Y/O REMEDIACIÓN La difusión permanente del Sistema Integral de Ética, la adhesión del personal al Código de ética y Conducta y Proveedores al código de conducta de socios de negocio y proveedores Desde del año 2016 contamos con un sistema de denuncias facilitado por un proveedor externo que permite la recepción con oportunidad cualquier denuncia respecto a violaciones a los Códigos anteriormente mencionados, misma que en su caso son analizadas y llevadas al Comité de Ética con el objeto de que hagan las recomendaciones pertinentes a cada caso manteniendo informado en todo momento al quejoso hasta la resolución total del caso.
