    The company has a clear policy of freedom of filiation for every employee and legal Union of the country. At the same time, the payroll is on or above the standards for each category and the working conditions are above the standard for every position. During the last period, the number of female working force increased with same level payment for they work and we encourage to grow in the company structure in the near future. There's no room for Child or forced labor in the company and/or our suppliers or clients

    During the Period the company installed 40 KWp Power facility for own consumption in the headquarters, change every lamp to LED technology to increase eficciency adn reduce the use of local power grid by 90%. At the same time, installed as a PoC a Solar irrigation System in one of the field, to completly change the source of energy, shifting from diesel to Solar and making a better use of water for irrigation for the use of technology applied to it (soil moisture probes and Flow meters) to get data and information for years to come to be more efficient
