    Press Metal established the first Human Right Policy in the Year 2020 and was revised in the Year 2021. Besides that, Company has conducted human rights due diligence to identify the issues of human rights as well as conducting the Human Rights Policy training for all employees. Next, there were zero (0) cases of grievance reported regarding the human rights issue.

    Press Metal has established the first Human Right Policy includes no discrimination and working conditions in the Year 2020 and subsequently revised it in the Year 2021. Besides that, Company established a standalone Occupational Health and Safety Policy in the Year 2019. The Company has conducted training for all employees regarding human rights and OHS compliance and incorporated both into Employee Handbook (EHB). Next, there were zero (0) cases of grievance reported regarding the human and labours rights issue and recorded zero (0) workplace fatalities in FY2021.

    In order to address the environmental and climate change issue, Press Metal has established an environmental mission statement that includes water and waste and GHG Emission Policy as well as Carbon Neutral Policy. All these policies have been communicated to our employees and the Company has adopted the 3Rs (Reduce, Reused and Recycle) approach to water use as our water management plan. Besides that, Press Metal also adopts the 4R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover) of the waste mitigation hierarchy in order to achieve our waste set targets. Other than that, Press Metal has inaugurated the Climate Change strategy approach by focusing on reducing carbon footprint across the value chain, and low carbon products, strengthening business resiliency over Climate risks, and reducing operational carbon footprint.
