In 2021, our company prepared the Human Rights Policy that recognizes our responsibility to respect and protect human rights of our stakeholders (i.e. employees and clients). We identified as salient human right issues: freedom from discrimination and harassment, right to equal opportunities, right to safe and healthy work environment, right to decent work and working conditions, right to data protection, and right to receive good services.Additionally, we prepared the Human rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Policy and assessed the process for 2021-2022, where we concluded that zero incidents of human rights violation were committedWe have communicated internally the results with our employees, as well as submitting the results in Our Section. We have prepared internal policies to ensure the labour rights of our people are promoted and protected. This policies include, but not limited to, Work Rules, Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy, Code of Ethics, Human Rights Policy, and Employee Recruitment and Selection Policy. These policies are reviewed on an annual and should be updated if needed. We are committed to maintain the salary increase higher than the average rate reported by an annual survey conducted by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce (JCC). Following our core value "open communication", we encourage our people to raise any concerns regarding their labour rights through different channels (email, meetings…).Environment

Optional comment'BizWings say no to single-used plastics' is our latest CSR initiative to avoid the use of single-used plastics (i.e. 'work without plastics') in our office. We encourage our employees to gradually reduce their plastic consumption and thus minimize their negative impact on the environment.4. Optional commentWe track the amount of non-recyclable plastics that we used in our office by asking our employees to jot down the amount of non-recyclable plastics they discard in the non-recyclable garbage on a daily basis. We aim to establish an environmental-friendly workplace where our company's carbon footprint is minimized, and employees are encouraged to act in a sustainable manner. "BizWings says no to single-used plastics" is our on-going campaign to avoid the use of single-used plastics at the office. Our employees have reusable fabric bags and food containers to stop the use of single-used plastics. We encourage our employees to adopt a "going paperless" mentality: we avoid printing documents whenever is needed. We encourage recycling by designating three containers in order to separate waste into recycling, non-recycling and hazardous. We track the amount of plastics that are disposed into the single-used plastics.Anti-corruption

Following our Client Acceptance and Continuance Policy, each client-in-charge employee is responsible for carrying on the client acceptance evaluation process and complete the Client Acceptance form on an annual basis. This policy allows us to identify in advance potential risks of corruption, bribery and unethical behavior from our potential clients.
