At Huf Group we believe our employees are our biggest assets, because of this we plan to keep the human rights at our highest standard and try to improve when deemed necessary. That’s why we have corporate policies in place, which are in line with international human rights trea-ties. Yearly we provide our employees with Code of Conduct trainings, which include trainings on Working Conditions and Human Rights Even our suppliers are expected to follow our Suppli-er Code of Conduct. In line with our policies at Huf Group we intend to treat each employee equally in the corporation principle, salary and benefits. We have a report system in place to report reasonable suspicion of a violation of our code of conduct. We as Huf Group have a huge interest in a better and greener future for us all. To achieve this we have taken several steps. As such we provide trainings on environment to demonstrate the challenges we all face to our employees. In doing so we hope to generate a consciousness for the environment at our work and beyond. Another topic is the purchase of energy, where it is our intend to become CO2 Neutral. To achieve this we installed 2 photovoltaic systems at our facilities in India and Portugal in 2021 and another one in Spain in 2022.Anti-corruption
