Optional commentWe provide the education and training stipulated in ISO 14001 to untrained employees every year. We have produced our own e-learning related to environment and started its trial. We plan to install a solar power generation facility on the company's premises to increase the ratio of renewable energy. We promote separation and recycling of industrial waste and conversion to valuable resources. Ongoing compliance training is conducted by theme and grade. A training video was produced and a system was introduced to allow employees to view the video through the intranet in FY2022 (IDEC unconsolidated).
