Optional commentAt premium Partners we understand that dealing with third parties in our supply chain will impose some uncontrollable events which might disrupt the whole flow in our value chain, or might indirectly make Premium Partners be involved in an incompliance or actions against our commitment to the UN Global Compact. Out of this concern and in order to ensure we keep control of our supply chain, we are committed to monitor the social and environmental impact in our supply chain. We understand that this will depend on 3rd parties' input, but we do encourage to work as partners with suppliers to gather information in order to identify related risks as well as ways to mitigate these risks. Risks are identified as concerned with our position in the market vis-à-vis our competitors, image and long-term existence. These risks are defined and analyzed as part of own operations' risk assessment, however, we have set a suppliers' due diligence process where we refer to the likelihood of adverse impacts on people, the environment and society that conducting our business cause, contribute to, or to which we are directly linked.6.1. Optional commentPremium Partners is a committed to lawful and ethical behavior in all of its activities and requires its partners, directors, managers, and employees to act in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and to observe high standards of business and personal ethics being the Code of Business Standards and Ethics as a guidance towards a sustainable performance. Each reporting individual has an obligation to report what he or she believes is a material violation of law or policy or any y questionable accounting or auditing matter by Premium Partners, its directors, employees, or other representatives. Optional commentIdentifying the human rights risks associated with our value chain is the first critical step in preventing and mitigating harm to people due to our business activity. The Guiding Principles lay out the expectation that companies should avoid infringing on the human rights of others and should address adverse impacts with which they are involved. To achieve this, Premium Partners chose to carry out human rights due diligence, which is a four-step process for identifying and assessing actual and potential impacts, implementing measures to prevent and mitigate impacts, tracking the effectiveness of these measures, and reporting on how impacts are being addressed. Premium Partners has established a risk assessment approach and due diligence where major risks to human rights are identified in own operations and those in our value chain. Policies, code of conduct, and suppliers' qualifications were reviewed taking those risks into account. Human rights risks are now part of our reporting sustainability criteria and are a crucial part of suppliers' agreements. We have provided training on the topics to our employees and suppliers to ensure labour rights are respected and labour rights principles are implemented. our employees were trained to highlight red flags under each of the labour rights topics. we have trained our employees and suppliers on identifying corruption and encouraged reporting through our whistle blower policy. we have established suppliers' due diligence to identify potential risks and ways of mitigation on the topic. These are part of our services level agreement requirements.
