    Enedis dispose d'un Système de Management de l'Environnement avec un pilote national, des pilotes régionaux dans les 25 directions régionales afin de piloter les actions de préservation de l'environnement, piloter la diminution des impacts via des actions de progrès, gérer les déchets et développer l'économie circulaire, gérer les sites ICPE et répondre à toutes nos obligations réglementaires. Actualisation en 2021 de l'organisation interne avec la direction Développement Durable devenue Responsabilité Sociétale d'Entreprise, mise en place d'un pilier Planète au périmètre plus large que l'ancien service Environnement (bilan carbone régulier, numérique responsable) et d'un pilier Territoire en lien avec les activités en région. Démultiplication de l'organisation RSE au niveau des 25 Directions Régionales pour une meilleure prise en charge des impacts de nos activités au plus près de la réalisation des activités

Le Responsable de la Conformité est chargé d'élaborer et veiller au bon respect du Code de Bonne Conduite d'Enedis. L’élaboration et le déploiement du dispositif de prévention du risque de corruption sont de la responsabilité conjointe de la Direction Ethique et Sécurité du Patrimoine (DESP), de la Direction des Achats et du Pôle Affaire Juridique.
