    Nos encontramos en proceso de evaluación y definición del alcance. para la implementación del Programa Paisaje Productivo Protegido (PPP) de fundación Proyungas. Se planea gestionar una reserva en una de las fincas que es corredor biológico muy importante para muchas especies.

    Actualmente estamos en un proceso de evaluación de nuestras áreas silvestres para cuantificar la biodiversidad en ellas y poder tener planes de manejos adecuados para garantizar su protección. Se están realizando mejoras operacionales en finca, empaque e industria de modo tal lograr procesos mas eficientes y minimizar los impactos posibles, incluyendo uso racional de recursos naturales, gestión adecuada de residuos y efluentes, incorporación de energías renovables, disminución en el uso de agroquimicos, calculo de huella hídrica y huella de carbono. El mayor desafío es a nivel organizacional ya que estamos buscando un cambio de mentalidad en todos nuestros colaboradores para que la conciencia ambiental comience en la Empresa y sea trasladada a los hogares.

    Estamos trabajando en un análisis de riesgos asociados a esta temática para luego poder avanzar con la sistematización de procedimientos e instructivos operativos. Una vez finalizada esta etapa continuaremos con las capacitaciones internas y externas con el objetivo de implementar efectivamente lo desarrollado.
